Hi, We were fortunate enough to have an air-bridge on both occasion that we have arrived and departed from Sangster MBJ airport, so I cannot directly answer your question. One way to get a resolution might be to speak to your airline as they may be able to assist you. With regards to the transfer to your hotel, I'd suggest you speak to your tour company to see if they can get clarity on this point for you. When we have visited Jamaica we have always arranged a private taxi, and on each occasion the taxi has had adult 3 point fixing seat belts. I hope this is helpful.
My husband and I are traveling to Jamaica for the 5th time and have always taken the free shuttle. We are going to Runaway Bay as always but are considering taking a private transfer this time and were wondering if anyone knows if it is a quicker ride than with a shuttle. I know with a shuttle and stops at other resorts it almost an hour and a half ride, with a private transfer will it cut off any time that would make it worth it?

yes it would cut ur travel time .but arranged trips are covered by insurance private are not . just be causious .
