Just a guess: not so much. We visited this garden in October and it was ok. Our previous trips to the islands were in July each year, when the whole archipelago appears to be in bloom. …

Just a guess: not so much. We visited this garden in October and it was ok. Our previous trips to the islands were in July each year, when the whole archipelago appears to be in bloom. I understand that the flower riot begins in May and tapers off in September. Some plants will always be in bloom, like bougainvillea.
