UPDATE: Amazon has made it absolute that Amy Pascal and David Heyman are running point as producers for the next 007 movie. Pascal will produce the film via Pascal Pictures, and Heyman will produce via Heyday Films.

It’s official, the James Bond franchise has found its producers in Amy Pascal and David Heyman. The duo have been tapped by Amazon MGM to steer the new Bond film, the first to be produced by someone outside the Broccoli family.

Amazon MGM Studios have officially confirmed that Amy Pascal and David Heyman have come aboard to produce the studio’s upcoming James Bond film. Pascal will produce the filmvia Pascal Pictures, and Heyman will produce via Heyday Films. Last week, rumors emerged that two were both in talks to board the next 007 feature.
