Only PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can play these games on the service, starting in February.

Leading this month’s lineup is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a continuation of Cal Kestis' journey in a galaxy dominated by the Empire. The third-person action-adventure title from Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games follows Cal’s struggle to protect his crew and uphold the Jedi legacy.

It's frustrating at points and oddly stilted, but there's still some real Star Wars magic to it. Block a blaster bolt with perfect timing and, of course, it's reflected back—so ingrained is the idea that Jedi can do that that I didn't even need to be told, I just tried it reflexively. It feels great every time
