Will Harris will leave the Florida Gators after one season to coach at rival Miami, according to multiple reports.

It's been a really interesting week for the Florida Gators. They have been hot on the recruiting trail, but the news breaking on Thursday that secondary coach Will Harris was departing the Gators for Miami (FL) turned things upside down.

Although his contract wasn't set to expire, Florida was reportedly working on extending Harris prior to his departure. In early February, head coach Billy Napier explained that contract extensions were being finalized. “For the most part, yes. I mean some of those deals are not done," he said on Feb. 5. "Hopefully we’ll get everybody back.”
