SAN BERNARDINO, California (KCAL/KCBS) — Firefighters rescued a woman after she fell more than a dozen feet into a manhole at the previous site of the Carousel Mall in San Bernardino on Wednesday.

Nine people were arrested, one firearm was recovered and hundreds of citations were issued after a street takeover this weekend inside the old Carousel Mall parking structure in San Bernardino.
