Netflix thrills fans with teaser clip for highly anticipated 'Peaky Blinders' film
Netflix thrilled fans by releasing the trailer for the highly anticipated film, “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.” The clip, released Wednesday morning, begins with Murphy attempting to leave his criminal past behind him, but the shrill sound of a ringing phone drags him back into the streets of Birmingham.
The film has been directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight. Knight was talking about a Peaky Blinders movie prior to the sixth season airing, but delays were brought on by COVID. Netflix ultimately gave the project the green light in June 2024, with production starting in September and wrapping at the end of the year.
