A state police investigation determined the death of a 46-year-old Snyder County inmate in Clinton County Prison on Nov. 17 was a suicide.

PLATTSBURGH — Sheriff David Favro denied a recent claim that the 46-year-old woman who died at the Clinton County Jail on Jan. 2 was left incoherent in her cell for several days before her death.
