INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Before Saturday night’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue made a declaration that raised eyebrows. He intends to have the Clippers focus directly on a .500 season.

The following players are ranked ahead of James Harden on the NBA’s all-time assists list: Gary Payton, Isiah Thomas, Oscar Robertson, Russell Westbrook, Magic Johnson, Mark Jackson, Steve Nash, LeBron James, Jason Kidd, Chris Paul and John Stockton.

L.A. Clippers center Ivica Zubac was ruled out for the rest of Saturday's home game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Zubac suffered a left ankle injury after a play under the basket in the final minute of the first quarter. He was seen limping off the court and to the locker room.
