A manhunt in Gadsden County comes to an end after the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office negotiated a surrender of escaped prisoner, Cedric Butler.
The Gadsden County Sheriff's Office said the escaped inmate was charged with aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance.
