The MSD spark-plug wires, coil, and cap and rotor were simple remove-and-replace procedures. After 80,000 miles of service, the stock ignition components had served their purpose.

The MSD multi-angle spark plug boots can be safely bent to a 90-degree angle, but even still, it was impossible to prevent contact with the exhaust on a couple cylinders.

These will act as mounting blocks for the spark plug wire separators. MSD also makes free-floating wire separators, but the hard-mounted units offer a cleaner and much more stable option.
