Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont blasted the Trump administration’s order halting work on offshore wind projects, saying it will undermine attempts to lower power bills.

Two New York offshore wind projects are being halted by the federal government. The Sunrise and Empire Wind projects would provide enough electricity to power around 1 million homes at a time when energy prices are rising.
