The Hill BMX Elgin, a nationally-sanctioned track ranked among the top 10 in the U.S. and Canada, will open to the public two days a week under a deal struck with the city of Elgin.

This week is national BMX registration week, and volunteers at the Cedar Rapids BMX Track at introducing new riders to the sport with a free open house.
