Philadelphia 76ers star Paul George’s time in Philadelphia hasn’t gone as the eight-time All-Star had hoped. The 34-year-old is expected to miss the rest of the 2024-25 season after having one of the worst years of his career.

Paul George's first season with the Philadelphia 76ers is over. George, who hasn't played since March 4, received injections in his left adductor muscle and his left knee, the team announced Monday. George is "medically unable to play" for six weeks and he joins Joel Embiid as Sixers stars who saw their seasons end early.

Paul George will miss the rest of the season to recover from his injuries, ending a difficult first year in Philadelphia for the nine-time All-Star.
