September 1, 2023 / 11:24 PM EDT / CBS Detroit ROYAL OAK, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - For the first time, the Arts, Beats and Eats Festival is featuring a designated area for selling and consuming cannabis.

Donations of $386,904 are being given this year, which is the second highest annual amount since the festival started in 1998. Arts, Beats and Eats moved from Pontiac to Royal Oak in 2010.
