A driver is facing manslaughter charges after a deadly crash in northeast Salem early Saturday, according to police.

Police have identified the worker who was killed when he came into contact with power lines in Salem on Thursday. Police said Marc Glaser, 45, of Salem, was doing landscaping work around 1:21 p.m.
