After more than a week of deadly sectarian clashes between armed Bedouin tribes and Druze fighters, a fragile ceasefire appears to be holding in southern Syria. In Sweida, communities caught in the crossfire are reeling from the violence.

Dozens of bodies could be seen lying on the ground at Sweida National Hospital following days of deadly clashes between Druze and Bedouins, and later with Syrian Security Forces in the city.
