Riverside County authorities confirmed Wednesday that they removed a 2-year-old child from the Haro home after Emmanuel was reported missing, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The removal is another twist in an already complicated case.
Emmanuel Haro was reported missing on Thursday after someone attacked his mother outside of a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the 34500 block of Yucaipa Boulevard, according to the family. Mother Rebecca Haro said she was changing her baby's diaper when someone punched her. When she came to, she ran into the sporting goods store and called 911.
