After a deadly shooting rocked the community and halted classes at Antioch High School for nearly a week, the return of students Tuesday started and ended the same way — with protest.

Something new greeted nearly 2,000 students at the door Tuesday; in response to last week's deadly shooting, Metro Nashville Public Schools implemented new security measures, including the Evolv System.

As students at Antioch High School return to school Tuesday, many gathered outside in protest with signs demanding safer schools for kids.
