By Andrew Gray BRUSSELS, Feb 10 (Reuters) - European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Tuesday she would propose a list of concessions that Europe should demand from Russia as part of a settlement to end the war in Ukraine.
EU foreign ministers have agreed to designate Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization, top EU diplomat Kaja Kallas has said. "Repression cannot go unanswered," Kallas wrote on X during a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels on Thursday.
