Diane Keaton's death on Saturday left her long-time friend, Woody Allen, ‘extremely distraught’, a report claims.

Keaton never had a husband, so her closest next of kin are her adopted kids, Dexter and Duke. Her cause of death is not yet clear, although TMZ reported: Keaton was taken from her California home by ambulance on the morning of October 11.
