The solution is to make RTD a space that is welcoming for customers and decidedly unwelcoming for people who would do harm.

DPD has closed off 17th Street east of Champa Street as officers investigate. Police said one person was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Alternate routes are advised in the area.
