BYD Thailand factory: China's leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, BYD, has announced the acquisition of a 20 per cent stake in its local distributor, Rever Automotive, in Thailand.

Bangkok based Rever Automotive Thailand has signed a licensing agreement to assemble battery powered trucks and buses from 'knocked down' kits supplied by BYD, according to local reports.
