The president says he would end an existing program that offers green cards to people who invest in America.

Trump told reporters the card would come with green card privileges and create a route to U.S. citizenship for wealthy people.

We’re going to be putting a price on that card of about $5 million,’ and ‘it’s going to be a route to citizenship,’ the president said.
