SpaceX said it was pushing to Tuesday an evening launch attempt that could mean a sonic boom may rattle parts of Central Florida as the company aims to bring its booster back for a rare land recovery.

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. – SpaceX is aiming to launch the Maxar 3 mission from Florida’s Space Coast on Monday evening, according to a news release. The 60-minute launch window opens at 6:32 p.m., SpaceX said. The Falcon 9 rocket will liftoff from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center.

SpaceX is scheduled to launch its Maxar 3 mission, with two high-resolution commercial satellites on board, from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Tuesday after Monday's launch was scrubbed.
