The Treasury Department is targeting vessels in Iran's "shadow fleet" and the operators of an Iran-Iraq oil smuggling network in its latest sanctions.

The police said in a news release on Thursday that the man allegedly damaged campaign materials at Hougang Avenue 5 on May 3.
