A Strafford County jury on Friday found a Rochester man accused of shooting his neighbor in a dispute over snowplowing guilty of first-degree assault but not guilty of attempted murder.

"We are unbelievably happy with the verdict on the attempted murder charge," said Mark Sisti, Jason Levesque's lawyer.
