The Jets are here to tell us, wait, no, he’s much more than that! They see a quarterback who can run. They see a quarterback with a strong arm. They surely see a quarterback with accuracy issues but believe Fields is worth the risk. Everybody thinks they can fix his issues, until they can’t.

Per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, the Jets have agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million deal with former Buckeyes center Josh Myers. Myers was the starter at center for each of Fields' two seasons as the quarterback in Columbus in 2019 and 2020.

Fields, who turned 26 on March 5, spent last year with the Steelers and went 4-2 as the team's starting quarterback.
