Kim Kardashian's outfit of choice for the 2024 Met Gala caused a lot of controversy, as did her comments about it. She wore a corset that cinched her waist impossibly, as well as heel-less shoes, and the fact that she put her body through so much for the sake of a good look had fans divided.

It wasn’t just the corset causing difficulties, either. Kim wore tall invisible shoes with no heel so the metal from her outfit wouldn’t catch on them. Even her sister Khloe Kardashian was in awe at her bold outfit choice, and commented: “That invisible heel is wild! How did you manage? I definitely would have fallen.”
