Activision has revealed tons of new information about Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, but perhaps most importantly, it's confirmed a release date: November 14. Additionally, the publisher announced more details and live gameplay will be shared at the Call of Duty: Next event on September 30.

The Black Ops 7 beta will be free for everyone, but it will have an early access period beginning on October 2nd that is reserved for those who pre-order the games or eligible Xbox Game Pass subscribers. It will be available on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC, just like the full game.

There's still more to come at Call of Duty Next, Activision's annual reveal event that usually involves streamers playing the game live and leads right into open beta. That's happening on September 30, and the Black Ops 7 open beta begins on October 2.
