The city of Chandler is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to solve a pesky pigeon problem. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has this story.

A woman was stabbed at the University of Arizona library on Tuesday, according to campus police. A man was detained at the scene and the woman was taken to a hospital.
