A growing memorial lines the sidewalk outside a Burlingame restaurant where a 4-year-old boy was killed and a 6-year-old girl injured in a crash Friday evening. The collision happened around 6:30 p.m.

Video posted on TikTok showed the driver of one of the cars and his mother being transported after the two attempted to flee the country.
