Cindy Rodriguez-Singh was arrested in India. She is charged with capital murder of her 6-year-old son Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, who’s still missing in Everman.

A North Texas woman wanted for the 2022 murder of her 6-year-old son has been arrested in India, the FBI announced Wednesday.Cindy Rodriguez Singh was added to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list after she fled the country in March 2023,

Days later, Rodriguez-Singh allegedly left for India with her husband Arshdeep Singh, and six other children, whose ages ranged from 5 months to 11 years, the FBI previously said. (Singh is not Noel's father.) Noel was not on the flight, per investigators.
