Tottenham have reportedly agreed a £60 million deal to bring in Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace. Tottenham will pay £30 million of the fee up front with the rest paid in instalments for the forward, according to reports from The Sun.
Fabrizio Romano believes that Eberechi Eze’s move to Tottenham Hotspur is now 85 percent likely following the latest round of talks. Levy and Steve Parrish held talks on Monday to try to reach an agreement over the 27-year-old, with confidence growing that an agreement would be reached.
Arsenal’s transfer strategy this summer was deliberate: They wanted to strike early, get the core business done, then hold back for the finishing touches.
Eberechi Eze may have to wait until after Crystal Palace play their Europa Conference League play-off match at the end of the month before any potential deal for him is agreed. There has been no firm offer from Tottenham Hotspur for Eze despite reports of interest in the England international.

Football365 on MSNArsenal: Madueke labelled ‘wrong call’ as ‘absolutely perfect for that squad’ alternative nears move
Mikel Arteta ’s side dominated possession at Old Trafford yet consistently faltered in the final third. Poor decision-making and wayward passing left them struggling to create clear chances until a late penalty provided salvation.
Referee England overturned his on-field decision, but explained that the free-kick was ruled out because Guéhi, after successfully shifting Caicedo, had moved to within a metre of the Chelsea wall, which is an infringement in itself. The goal wasn’t ruled out because of the Palace captain’s contact with the Ecuadorian.
However, TBR Football revealed that Arsenal’s move for Eze is off, as things stand, and that is great news for Ethan Nwaneri. The reason why the Gunners are not pushing for Eze is that they already have Martin Odegaard, young Max Dowman and Nwaneri himself.
