Amid talk around the presidential campaign, a new book by journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes entitled "FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the Whitehouse" made some bold claims, including the so-called demands Rogan's representatives make of guests.

Comedian and podcast host Joe Rogan pushed back against recent accusations he was uncooperative in setting up an interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris, insisting there were “a bunch of different things that weren’t true.

The book, by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, details the Harris camp’s frustration with the Rogan booking process. The book said that the Harris campaign arranged an event with Beyoncé in Houston on Oct. 25 in order to fit with a possible Rogan sitdown in nearby Austin.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Fight’ authors spoke to several insiders of Harris campaign, who claimed that the former VP created a campaign stop in Houston with Beyonce on October 25, so that Harris could have a potential appearance at Rogan’s podcast.

Rogan said Harris’ campaign kept offering for him to go Washington to do a show, but it could only be for an hour, tops, but the podcast host wanted the interview done in his studio, saying it had to be “the actual real show” and not “some fake version where I’m sitting in a conference room.”
