Winners of five straight, Wisconsin continues to ascend towards elite status with a few more opportunities for big wins in the final five games of the regular season. It's coming off a win over Illinois, snapping a nine-game losing streak to its conference foe.

Wisconsin shot 52.3% from the field and 41.7% from 3-point range to dominate the Fighting Illini, who have dealt with illness that could have made them less effective — yet they still encountered a vastly-improved Badgers team since the last one they saw on Dec. 10, 2024, which marked a third-straight loss for Wisconsin.
