Dec 9, 2024 · The November 5, 2024, General Election is finally over! The Alameda Registrar of Voters certified the election on Thursday, December 5, a full month after the polls closed. Although the process was slow-moving, none of the race leaders changed from our report the day after the election.The 71% turnout county-wide was less than Alameda County Registrar of Voters Tim Dupuis’ prediction of 80%.
