That all the hype about Batman showcasing his detective skills was way overblown. Batman being outsmarted by the Riddler and needing assistance with his 4chan gang. Battinson in general being the closest thing to "Batboy" we've seen on film. Meandering plot threads that ended with a whimper, like Thomas Wayne working with the mob.

Apr 16, 2024 · Pattinson was great. I was disappointed when they announced he was Batman but I thought he did an excellent job. The same. I saw it expecting to hate Pattinson as Batman. I have to say, he impressed the hell out of me. A darker, moodier version of Batman to be sure, but somehow Pattinson pulled it off.

Christian Bale was and will always be the best actor to have mastered Bruce Wayne/Batman. This 2022 version sucked and this whole millennial emo Bruce Wayne was horrid.
