David Marsh (born December 29, 1958) is the associate head coach at University of California, Berkeley [1] and head coach of Team Elite [2] in San Diego, California, and the ‘Professional Adviser’ of the Israel Swimming Association.

Internationally renowned swimming coach David Marsh is an associate head coach of both the men's and women's programs at Cal. A 2021 International Swimming Hall of Fame inductee, Marsh is the founder and director of Team Elite Aquatics, considered to be one of the top professional swimming training groups in the United States.

Marsh was a five-time All-American backstroker at Auburn and the 1980 SEC backstroke champion, ranked sixth in the world at the time. He earned a degree in business administration in 1981 and he remained at Auburn as an assistant coach until 1985 when he left for Dynamo.
