Jan 20, 2021 · 10 years ago, I probably would have said the Northeast has worse winter weather. But honestly, the last 5 years here in NYC we've had extremely mild winters. Hell, we barely had any snow the last 2 years, and this year we had one December storm that largely missed the city (we got 7 inches, and it was melted a few days later).
