Oct 25, 2024 · To an extent all these channels that single soundbars (like the sonos or even the samsung) advertise is just that, an advertisement to get people to buy. Lets take the Q990C as an example, the soundbar itself (ignoring everything else) has 7 channels (excluding the 2 up firing).

Jan 18, 2023 · I am having the same problem figuring out how to connect multiple components to TV when my LG TV also only has 1 Arc, + 2 HDMI ports. I don’t understand why Sonos would make their soundbars not compatable with AV Receivers. I would love to just use my receiver for all components with the sound for everything going thru Sonos Soundbar.

Jan 16, 2025 · Yeah, I’ve tried several 2.1 systems for TV, never quite get the solid center/dialog I need. It’s inverse of current Sonos. Well I’m crossing fingers that Sonos software improves…or they allow addition of separates for the front, which would be no brainer….but that request has been around for years apparently

Dec 6, 2024 · Love mine. I’ve had the Nakamichi Dragon and the 990c. Returned both. For my living room set up which was a larger odd shaped room I prefer the full blown Sonos with era300s and two subs by a lot. in my bedroom which is just a long rectangle they were all much closer.

Oct 6, 2023 · On the Sonos owner’s manual it states that "two pairs of 8 ohm speakers wired in parallel are also supported" so theoretically I could have a second pair of speakers just fine but instead I plan to buy a single center channel speaker (1) for a total of 3 speakers and the center channel has a left and right terminal (or red and white).
