The Celestron Astromaster 70 can typically be looked at as a hobby killer by many due to its weak mount and slow speed. Provided that this scope can be picked up second hand now for around $100, it's a great travel lunar scope in my opinion. With good eyepieces, you will not be disappointed by the views of the Moon and its craters.
