the need to do better doesn’t mean you aren’t good. the intention to do better paired with inaction does no good. the denial of harm that you cause intentionally or unintentionally does more harm. the acknowledgment that you need to be better and taking steps to educate yourself does no harm. what hurts the ego can grow the soul. learn to listen to people who experience different difficulties than you. it is not your place to speak on their experiences nor autonomy when you are of a demographic
