Straight arm cable pull-downs One of my favorite cable exercises for the back. Challenging enough if you use the right amount of weight. Using either a straight bar or rope hooked up to the highest setting (above your head). Take a step back. With a slight bend in the knees and back straight, pull the bar gently down to your waist, then return slowly to the starting position.
