Some people don’t realise this, but living with autism and Tourette’s at the same time is like running two operating systems on one computer — it’s exhausting! 🤯 I’ve had days where the tics are intense, my sensory overload is through the roof, and my executive dysfunction kicks in hard. And when you throw in masking on top of it all… wow. It can feel like the world wasn’t built for us at all.
