13K views · 432 reactions | Here are clips of ROUND TWO of my 30 minute workout. They were 10 minute rounds, with one minute per exercise and no break for the entire 30 minutes. This is my speed workout, and certain exercises are put in as active rest allowing me to pull my HR down (core and forearm for example).
